Native scroll bugs

I switched from js scroll to native scroll in order to avoid the laggy scroll with ng repeat. I have 2 bugs now:
1. After tapping the status bar and scrolling top, the view gets stuck.
2. OnScrollComplete event on ion-content is not firing
