Which Ionic CLI to use? 1.7.16 or 2.0.0.xxx beta?

When I run different Ionic commands it tells me to upgrade to V2.0.0 and now I tried this.

Also it seems that crosswalk is taken out of the ionic CLI V2??

Which one is best to use while developing apps in Ionic 1.3.1?
