Open Skype through ionic app

All the solutions works fine in browser but not in my device.

I have installed the necessary cordova plugins like:

cordova plugin add com.lampa.startapp

cordova plugin add cordova-plugin-inappbrowser

cordova plugin add org.apache.cordova.device

Also i have add:

  <plugin name="cordova-plugin-whitelist" version="1" />
  <allow-intent href="skype:*"/>

in config.xml.

Has someone faced the same problem?
