App rejected from play store due to WebView SSL Error Handler alerts

Getting following messages from play store.

We reviewed Snapmint: Shop on EMI without credit card, with package name com.snapmint.customerapp, and found that your app uses software that contains security vulnerabilities for users. Apps with these vulnerabilities can expose user information or damage a user’s device, and may be considered to be in violation of our [Malicious Behavior].

Is there any way to apply SSL on WebView. I’m using httpClient of angular.
