Communication between Native and Ionic frame work

HI Team,

We are using Ionic 5 version with Angular latest version to make hybrid applications.We have added custom plugins also in application with features given by Ionic team.

1. We are using Twilio services to make video calls(using Cordova custom plugin) among two-users.

2. Now we would like to add a third person to the video call .meaning communicating the Ionic whenever we are in the call from native(like Android and iOS)and need a response from ionic to Native without interrupting existing call.

Could you please help us, Is there any scenarios available to communicate from Ionic to native as well as native to Ionic.
