Ionic grid system is not working in android version< 4.4

While debugging in android 4.4 device its showing the property of
col-20 as

-webkit-box-flex: 0;
-webkit-flex: 0 0 20%;
-moz-box-flex: 0;
-moz-flex: 0 0 20%;
-ms-flex: 0 0 20%;
flex: 0 0 20%;
max-width: 20%;}

But in android version <4.4 its showing the property of col-20 as

.col-20 {
-webkit-box-flex: 0;
max-width: 20%;
}

Please Help me.
