Facebook Login Invalid App ID

Everything is ok but when i tried to login with facebook on android this is what happen

Error
Invalid App ID : $APP_ID

I don't know why this is happening maybe this is because the plugin phonegap-facebook-plugin is improperly installed but I have try to reinstall it and tried a lot of differents tutorial. If anyone knows why this is happening
