Unable to login using CLI - Error logging in

Nothing worked. I am using windows 10, not sure if this is a problem with OS. Specific incident is ionic info command does not detect my OS version.

Note, i am able to login to ionic.io/apps. I am not able to login using ionic labs as well.

Any one faced similar problems before? Any suggestions to rectify this?
