Ionic2 framework does not work after installing and uninstalling node.js

Hello, I have added C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\npm to System Variable, but it does not helps.

All paths is there as it was before

C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_151\bin

and

C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\platform-tools

and

ANDROID_HOME C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk

now I have added

C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\npm

to System Variable, but it does not helps.

I don’t want to use node.js, I just what make framework work again.

During the installation of node.js there there was removing of some files, and after that was some error which does not appears now

Not sure what I have to do, how to figure out

nothing works
