Having trouble with nav-bar attribute "leaving" and "entering"

@adam i'm experience this issue with Ionic v1.1.1 but not on nav-view attribute but on nav-bar attribute into ion-header-bar. The "previous" nav-bar does not became "cached" but remain "leaving" and "entering" nav-bar does not became "active".
